2024 Golf Membership plans & options

Lane Tree is currently taking new golf membership applications and the current plans and options are outlined below. All golf membership plans are a one year commitment, whether paid annually or monthly. Monthly memberships are billed in the middle of the month and due prior to each month of benefits. *(additional billing details at the bottom of the page)

Golf Membership Initiation Fee:

New memberships require a $250 non-refundable fee (Lane Tree residents exempt)

Advance Annual Payment Benefits:

1. Initiation fee is waived for first-time members who pre-pay 12 months in advance.
2. Renewing members are incentivized to pre-pay 12 months in advance whereas they will receive ONE of the following benefit options at no additional fee.

•  Range card for 32 small buckets
•  Cart card good for 8 free cart fees

Note: (Incentives not applicable to memberships that already require annual payment) 

Current Member Benefits

1. Unlimited green fees (No charge for walking. Pay just cart fee when riding)
2. 10% discount on pro shop merchandise
3. Reduced fee for family pool membership 
4. Reduced price for range balls and cart passes
5. Reduced green/cart fees for guests. A member is allowed 1 guest per tee time at the reduced, Guest of Member, rate.

* 2024 Cart fees for all plans: 18 Holes - $15.00, 9 Holes $9.00

No fees for walking (walking allowed anytime M-F, after 12:00 weekends and holidays) 

Membership Plans:

Individual Monthly - $100 

Senior (over 62) Monthly - $90

Couple Monthly - $130

- Member plus one spouse/partner/relative living at same address - any age.

Family Monthly - $160

- Member plus spouse/partner and any unmarried children under 19 living at home.

(19-23 included if full time student)

Long Drive (Annual) - $600 for Individual    |  $900 for Family

 - Primary residence at least 40 miles or 45 minutes away (as verified on Google maps)
 

Out of State (Annual) - $250

- Primary residence must be outside of North Carolina. Address verification required.

Lane Tree Resident Monthly- $10 discount from selected membership

- Initiation fee waived

- $850 annual trail fee option available for personal golf cart (No additional cart fees required when playing. Cart must be approved by pro shop staff and stored at residence).

LANE TREE SELECT (Annual) - $2,170 for Individual   |  $3,670 for Family

- Includes green fees, carts, range balls & all other standard member benefits

Additional Members-Only options:

Range Pass (Annual) -$300

- Unlimited range use for one individual 

Cart Pass (Annual) - $950

- Unlimited cart use for individual
 

Summer Youth Card, Ages 13-17 (Good Memorial Day to Labor Day)

- $175, includes golf and range - week days only (carts available at reduced rates)

* Memberships will automatically renew based on the existing membership payment agreement unless Lane Tree is notified of a change in status. Intent to discontinue renewal must be submitted in writing 3 weeks prior to billing. Lapsed memberships may be subject to the initiation fee.
