The standard rental fee is $130 per hour; all inclusive, pool rental and two lifeguards. A tip for each guard is optional, but greatly appreciated.

Adult parties with alcohol must have three lifeguards on duty and the rental fee is $160 per hour, all inclusive.

You must pay a security deposit of $100 to book a party and hold the date. The deposit will be non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Lane Farms Inc. or cancelled due to inclement weather but will otherwise be applied to the amount due at the time of the event.

PARTIES OF MORE THAN 50 PEOPLE WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

All lifeguards must be employed through Lane Farms Swimming Pool and may be requested by name.

The following applies if a party is cancelled due to weather:

1. All payments will be refunded if the pool does not open and no lifeguards report for work.
2. If the lifeguards report for any portion of one hour prior to inclement weather forcing the closing of the pool, they will be paid for one hour and the pool will receive one hour of rent.
3. If the party has commenced for any portion of the two hours or greater, there will not be a refund for any part of the rental fee and the lifeguards will be paid for the hours scheduled.

All rental fees will be paid in advance. Any tips for lifeguards should be paid in cash at the end of the party.

All regular pool rules apply to private parties.

The lifeguard has the final say regarding any issues, whether relating to discipline, weather, improper behavior, etcetera.

Proper clean-up is the responsibility of the party’s sponsor. This includes the pool area, parking lot, restrooms, and enclosed area.

The Lane Farms swimming pool is not responsible for any lost articles left in or around the pool area.
